How to return step by step
Step 1:
WhatsApp us at +91-9518928147 within 7 days of receiving your order. Tell us your order number and the reason for return.
Step 2:
We'll confirm eligibility and send you the return address within 24 hours.
Step 3:
Pack the item securely with all tags and original packaging. Ship it to the address we provide.
Step 4:
Share the courier tracking number with us on WhatsApp once shipped.
Step 5:
Once we receive and inspect the item (1–2 business days), we'll process your refund or exchange immediately.
Refunds
1. Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. The amount will be returned to your original payment method — UPI, card, or bank transfer.
2. Refunds go back to the original payment method only.
3. Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
4. You'll receive a WhatsApp confirmation once your refund is processed.
Exchanges
Need a different size? We'll do our best to exchange it for you. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If your size isn't available, we'll offer a full refund instead.
Exchange requests follow the same process as returns, just WhatsApp us first with your order number and the size you need.
Shipping costs for returns
1. Our error (wrong item, defective, damaged in transit) IRA covers return shipping fully
2. Size exchange customer covers return shipping to us; we cover shipping the new piece back to you.
3.Change of mind return customer covers return shipping.
We recommend using a tracked courier service for all returns. IRA is not responsible for items lost in transit during return shipping.
